About Us

London School of Business and Finance was established in 2003 and has grown from a single college focused on professional qualifications to an institution providing executive education courses as well as postgraduate degrees delivered online. LSBF has campuses in the UK and Singapore and delivers programmes via an online learning platform, which allows students to study entirely online from anywhere in the world. GUS serves more than 100,000 students on its campuses and more than 20 million students online through one of its 30 owned institutions across the globe.

History and Development

The first overseas campus was
opened in Toronto, Canada, in 2011 (since then the brand has been rebranded to Toronto
School of Management). It was followed by the Singapore campus later that year, making LSBF the first UK-based business school to have a campus in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2011, David Blunkett – the former UK Home Secretary and Education Secretary – was appointed as a visiting lecturer. He has continued to be involved in LSBF’s operations ever since, including conducting interviews for the school’s Great Minds video series with figures such as Richard Branson,
Deborah Meaden, Tony Blair, and Sir John Major.
